At The Cognitive Refinery we do things a little differently...
It is our goal to get you well! We do not believe that anyone should live in therapy and love seeing clients "graduate" from therapy!
We prioritize staying on top of the latest information in our field and offer evidenced based treatment. We administer treatment approaches that are statistically proven to yield results.
Our therapists have longevity with our company and you will be able to build a relationship with someone who can work with you start to finish.
We offer a modern approach to therapy. We have afternoon and evening appointments for your convenience, digital correspondence including appointment reminders, telehealth or face to face sessions, and responsive client care.

Meet Katelyn
Office Manager
Hello!
When you are ready to give us a call I am the voice on the other end of the line. It is my job to help you get set up for services. That will involve asking you some questions about why you are seeking treatment and discussing what therapist may be the best fit for you. It is helpful if you know your insurance information prior to calling as that may impact what providers are options for you. I know that it can be anxiety inducing to take that first step and I work hard to make it as comfortable as possible.
