About Me
I am a doctoral candidate in Applied Psychology who views therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and openness. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based interventions primarily within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporating elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work to help clients develop insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and build more authentic connections with themselves and others.
I am passionate about working with clients navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, identity exploration, or emotional intensity. I also enjoy supporting couples, including but not limited to those in polyamorous or kink relationships, as they deepen trust, improve communication, and strengthen connection.

My work is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and inclusive of all identities and relationship structures. My goal is to help you move toward balance and self-trust while creating a life and relationships that feel grounded, aligned, and authentic.
