About Me
Hi! I’m Brittany Byler, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2019. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe to be themselves and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach focuses on helping clients develop self-compassion, with the hope that they can build an internal, supportive voice that continues to guide them beyond therapy.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I especially enjoy working with individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and those who are neurodivergent (ADHD/Autism). I take a neuro-affirming approach and work collaboratively with clients to tailor treatment to their unique needs, values, and strengths.

I am currently a doctoral student in the Applied Psychology program at Western Kentucky University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and caring for our four cats.
