About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with nearly 3 decades of experience supporting adolescents and adults across a wide range of emotional, behavioral and mental health needs. Since the beginning of my career I have been committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care ground in trauma-informed practices and person-center principles.
In addition, I have specialized training in working with people experiencing secondary traumatic stress particularly those in high impact professions such as healthcare workers, therapists and first responders. I understand the unique emotional and physical toll these roles can take and strive to help people strengthen resilience, restore balance and prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the capacity for resilience, healing and traonformation–and that therapy can be a powerful place to gain and rediscover that strength.
