Children's Services
We provide specialized therapy for children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, OCD, trauma, behavioral challenges, identity development, and adjustment-related difficulties. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based approaches designed specifically for younger populations, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and the Trauma Affect Regulation: Guide for Education and Therapy (TARGET) model. Treatment is developmentally appropriate and often includes collaboration with caregivers to help children build emotional regulation skills, reduce symptoms, strengthen resilience, and improve functioning at home, school, and in relationships.
