Relationships, Couples, and Identity

We provide therapy for couples and individuals navigating relationship concerns, communication difficulties, life transitions, and identity development. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help strengthen connection, improve communication, and foster healthier relationship patterns. Services include traditional couples counseling, support for consensually non-monogamous (ENM) and polyamorous relationships, and intensive therapy options through our weekend marriage intensives. While all of our therapists strive to provide an affirming and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals, several clinicians have additional experience and focus in helping clients explore identity-related concerns, relationship dynamics, and personal growth.
